Environment

We go to great lengths to ensure our activities are environmentally sustainable. The applicable environmental laws and regulations, regarding the nature, extent, and environmental effects of its operations, goods, and services, have imposed obligations on RPBC, which it acknowledges. The Management is committed to continuous improvement and pollution prevention and will take all possible measures to ensure that it conforms with the law and other regulations. The Management acknowledges that rules and laws are merely considered to be minimum requirements.

RPBC will allocate enough time, people, and financial resources to fulfill its environmental objectives. In pursuit of these goals, the Company also has a policy of educating, training, and supervising its employees to guarantee that its Subcontractors offer comparable arrangements and resources.

All employees (including subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors) have an obligation to limit waste, reduce pollution, minimize hazardous waste, and recycle waste as much as they can in order to enhance our environmental performance. We all have a moral and legal obligation to protect the environment, thus we must be aware of environmental laws and regulations as well as how our operations affect the environment.

The contents of this policy must be made available to all RPBC employees, subcontractors, and other interested parties in order for it to be followed. Originals Displayed in Offices are signed.
